The only time that resetting the time/date has not fixed the issue was because the person calling was running the computer on a domain. Easy Peezy. I am running IE10 and I go to my Linksys router and get the usual certificate error. If I then click that, I get the same page but without the continue option, even though the URL is unchanged.
