I do find it strange IE doesn't kick me off when the window "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" pops up. In the past, you could not uninstall it without breaking something. Being a member gives you detailed monitoring of your requests. Disable Add-ons in Internet Explorer To disable add-ons, go to Tools, then click the Manage Add-ons link in the menu.
