Both project and global iDVD settings specify "Professional Quality", NTSC, 16:9. This is new news to me and I haven't seen this error cause on any of the forums. Lower the encoding quality in iDVD - There are three rather confusing encoding settings in iDVD's "Project Info" settings - Best Performance, High Quality and Professional Quality. You mention exporting it, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it.

"I keep getting the dreaded iDVD So I tried again, and when "verify" appeared, I clicked on "Skip." The disc finished burning and is doing fine and well. I certainly don't mind paying for good software as long as it does the job. By changing to High Quality or Professional, you may be able to fit a large movie onto a Single Layer disk.
