Report kame_ot- Sep 24, 2008 06:38PM U R THE GREATEST!!!!! Another option is to see if you can make a copy of the CD successfully and then try to install Word from the copy. It seems that even if you have the Microsoft Office files on your hard drive or if you insert your original CD that it still can't find this cab file. That should do the trick!
