  1. The VBScript engine can be registered by following these steps: Run Command Prompt as administrator: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories Right click on Command Prompt and selectRun as administrator

If the problem still persists even after successfully registering the DLL as described above, the most likely cause is that the DLL was already registered by a non-administrative user. We're getting a couple pre-ordered copies of Windows 7 and my mother is going to make the big switch between XP and 7. it works!
