Suggestion 1: Reset Internet Explorer settings ============================= 1. http://techynotes.net/problem-internet-explorer-says-the-tab-has-been-recovered/ Click the Services tab, check the Hide All Microsoft Services box and click Disable All (if it is not gray). 3. So, if you have changed your host file in Windows/drivers/etc, just find the original host file and put it there deleting the changed one. I'm suspecting it's an adobe plug-in error, it occurs mostly when graphics or videos are trying to display.

I have the following suggestions. YAY!!!!

To do this, visit the following Java website: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp) To temporarily work around this issue, view these webpages in Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility View. You may use the MSCONFIG tool again to re-enable the disabled item one by one to narrow down the problem. I kinda stumbled across the fix but I had the same issues with windows xp pro.
