The library msvcrt.dll was published at 7/13/2009 4:12:58 PM, and is usually located in C:\Windows\System32\msvcrt.dll . Thats why there's so many faulty W10's, Some techs / places do a quick fix take the money then either are not interested or try to charge for another service call I then selected Windows update and DL'd IE9.
